The  Meezan Hardware which is situated at the  heart of  of Matale City  was purchased  in the mid 1950’s by the late Meezan Hadjiyar. After a period where the business changed hands several times, on the 10th of June 1975, it was finally taken over by his Children, Ziaudeen and Ihithisham Meezan, who have overseen its evolution and development as a solid and reliable brand in the region.

The oldest Hardware stores in Matale  with over 50 years of experience in the trade, The Meezan Hardware store over the years have satisfied the construction requirements of its consumers with more variety and options, by selling products represented by reputed local and international brands. 

The Meezan Plantation Office is housed and located in the first floor of the same building.
